DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

1. Nothing is shipped

Every product sold on womensglp1guide.com is a digital product delivered
electronically. We do not ship physical goods. There are no shipping charges, no
delivery address is required, and no carrier, customs or import charges apply.

2. How delivery works

As soon as your payment is approved, a download link is sent to the email address
you entered at checkout, and the files are also available from the order
confirmation page shown immediately after purchase.

3. Timing

Delivery is normally immediate. If the email has not arrived within 15 minutes,
check your spam, promotions and junk folders and search for the sender address
before contacting us.

4. What you need

The files are supplied in PDF and spreadsheet formats. You need a device and
software able to open those formats. We cannot provide refunds because a device
or application cannot open a standard file format. See our Refund Policy.

5. If delivery fails

If a link does not work, a file will not open, or a file arrives damaged, email
womensglp1guide@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the
problem. We will re-send your link or supply a replacement file. Replacement is
the remedy in these cases.

6. Access

Download links may expire for security reasons. If yours has expired, contact us
and we will issue a new one. Keep your own backup copy of the files once
downloaded. Your licence to use the files is set out in our Terms of Service.
