REFUND POLICY

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to every purchase made through womensglp1guide.com
(the "Site"), operated by Luxury Commerce Group LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. What you are buying

Every product sold on this site is a digital product delivered electronically.
Nothing is shipped. Access is granted as soon as your payment is approved, and
the download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

3. All sales are final

Because our products are delivered instantly and in full, all sales are final.
Once the files have been delivered we do not issue refunds, and we do not issue
partial refunds. This applies whether or not you open, read, print or use the
files.

By completing your purchase you confirm that you understand the product is
digital, that delivery begins immediately, and that no refund is available once
delivery has taken place.

4. If your files do not arrive or will not open

If a download link does not work, a file will not open, or a file arrives
damaged, email us at womensglp1guide@gmail.com with your order number and a
description of the problem. We will re-send your link or supply a replacement
file. Replacement is the remedy in these cases, not a refund.

5. Limited exceptions

We will refund in full in one situations only:

Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once in error for the same
    order.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card
issuer determines how long the funds take to appear. Where a refund is issued,
your licence to use the files ends immediately and you must delete every copy in
your possession.

6. What is not a ground for a refund

The following do not qualify for a refund:

- Change of mind after purchase.
- Expecting different content from what the product page describes.
- Not using the material.
- Not achieving a particular health, weight, body composition or fitness
  outcome. Our products are educational material. They do not diagnose, treat or
  prevent anything and they do not guarantee any outcome.
- Not having a device or software able to open PDF or spreadsheet files.

7. How to contact us about an order

Email womensglp1guide@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used
at checkout, and a description of the problem. We aim to reply within two
business days.

8. Before you dispute a charge

If something is wrong with your order, contact us first. Most problems are
solved by re-sending a working download link. Filing a chargeback before
contacting us delays the fix, and access to the files may be suspended while the
dispute is open.
